Terms and conditions
PollysWorld guarantee.
We guarantee to provide you the client with high quality lessons as indicated on your timetable and agreed by yourself prior to the commencement of your course. PollysWorld reserve the right to amend lessons according to your progress through the course.
Conditions
1. PollysWorld hold no responsibility for any accident, illness, injury, loss of property, theft or any accidental damage to the participant’s property or damage caused by the participant to the property of others.
2. You the client must take out relevant insurance policies relating to flight cancellation, illness, accident, loss of property, theft or accidental damage to yourself, your property or the property of others.
3. Pollysworld reserve the right to expel (without refund of fees) any participant, in the case of theft, any criminal offence or persistent antisocial or unacceptable behaviour.
4. Any physical disability, mental or infectious illness must be declared at the time of booking.
Payment
1. A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking.
2. The remainder of the fees are required 28 days before the start of the course or immediately if the course starts sooner.
3. Payment can be made by Pay Pal or bank transfer into the PollysWorld bank account, details of which can be supplied on request.
Cancellation
1. If notice of cancellation is made 28-15 days before the start of the course a cancellation charge of 50% is due.
2. If notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days before the start of a course, all fees are payable.
3. Fees will not be refunded if you the client do not complete the whole course.
4. Full payment is required before you the client can commence the course.
